Well made and it protects the cameras edges. Great service
It works great for a half case.
This is a nice sturdy HALF CASE but does not protect the whole camera! It has real leather and heavy construction. It attaches using the tripod mount screw by turning the screw with a big flat screwdriver - for those who say it falls off sometimes.I ordered this by mistake thinking it was the full case and apparently no full case is available through this vendor, however, I will be keeping it because it works and looks very good and I have ordered a full case elsewhere. I have several other full cases from Megagear and they are all perfect but none for my P1000.

I love the fit and feel of this on my P1000. Use of this did not restrict access to anything on the camera. You still have a tripod mount on the bottom of this device. I use a hand mount and I am still able to use both with no problems. I would recommend. Fast shipment with Amazon Prime.
