Great Quality Leather

Without a doubt the best quality leather case I have ever had for any camera and I have had dozens. Shipped fast and MegaGear easy to deal with. A couple of design flaws in my option. The male part of the snaps where the top part of the case attaches to the bottom of the case stick out preventing the camera to sit flat on any surface, it is always tipped forward. (see photo) This means when you put the camera down it isn't in a safe position. The top part of the case has to be completely removed to take photos, it won't just hang there like most cases but needs to be completely removed and put back in your camera bag. I use the bottom of a case 99% of the time and bought the complete case for extra protection in my suitcase while traveling. I recommend this case on it's top quality and not on the design flaws that may or may not be important to you. The leather strap it comes with is super quality.

Great quality at a bargain price

I just got mine so I haven't field tested for long. Initial impressions are excellent. It arrived in less than a week and build quality is good. It fit on the camera easily and it looks like I can easily access the battery door and all controls. I ran into one problem which isn't fault of the case itself but I added a UV protection filter and the front lens bulge is too small and tight to accommodate even a 1CM addition. (the Ken Rockwell idea to take the glass out of one cheap filter and use as a spacer to a UV protection filter -- see photo). I didn't take a star off but it would be nice if it was touch larger or maybe an optional larger top case?
