Didn’t perfectly fit my X-T30 II but amazing customer service

Good quality case. Functional and practical. This case unfortunately didn’t perfectly fit my X-T30 II, on one side the case is not flush with the camera, and it was hard to screw the case into place. Maybe it was my fault thinking that X-T30 case would fit X-T30 II. I emailed the company to ask for a return, but instead they told me to keep it and donate it to someone who would make use of it, in an effort to not increase their carbon footprint for no good reason. I am blown away by their customer service and their commitment to our planet. I was so surprised that I immediately ran back to this website to add a review. I am sad that the case didn’t fit my camera, but I am so happy to have found a company that cares about issues that matter.
