Colour not as pictures

Delivery was fast and easy. Colour selection is something I took my time with because it matters to me but now that it’s arrived it’s not even close to how it appears on their site so unfortunately I’m not satisfied with my purchase. I would like an exchange but their policy states only for damage or defect. I’ll email them now and see what they say. Otherwise good quality and well made. Photos below for reference.
